What is the purpose of this policy?
This policy is intended to provide guidance on advertising and is intended to ensure that all advertising is consistent with Safety Evolution's values, strategic directions and image.
What is meant by advertising?
The terms "advertising" and "advertisement" refer to the space used to promote an event, product or service on the Safety Evolution's web site/in publications or the content of and attachments to any e-mail sent by the Safety Evolution in the form of an "e-blast." This policy applies to both paid and complimentary advertising.
What kind of advertising is not acceptable?
Safety Evolution will not place advertising with organizations that are deemed incompatible with our professional image, values and strategic directions. Further, we have final approval for all advertisements prior to distribution or publication and reserve the right to unilaterally omit or cancel, following publication, those that violate the advertising standards outlined in this policy.
Advertisements will not be deceptive, offensive or fraudulent in nature. No advertisement should be presented in a format or style that conceals its commercial intent.
What else should I know?
Publication or dissemination of any advertisement does not constitute an endorsement. It is forbidden to give the impression that an event, service or product is endorsed or associated with Safety Evolution in anyway if such endorsement has not been given in writing.
The Safety Evolution logo will not appear on any advertising without prior permission.
Client Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Training Clients:
All course registration & materials fees must be paid in full at time of registration via credit card or purchase order for clients who have established accounts with Safety Evolution.
- Safety Consulting Clients:
Will be billed monthly for services provided within that month at the amounts agreed to upon retaining Safety Evolution consulting services.
- Training Clients:
All requests for withdrawal must be received by Safety Evolution a minimum of three (3) working days prior to course commencement date. Such requests must be made by phone or in writing to the registration office or via email.
- No-Show Policy
Failing to provide at least three (3) working days notice of your intention to withdraw may result in a forfeiture of 50% of the course fee (minimum $50). Students who withdraw after commencing class or who fail to attend classes without notification (No Shows) will forfeit the full course fee. Qualified substitutions will be allowed up to the course commencement date in lieu of forfeitures.
Safety Evolution reserves the right to cancel any course in which the minimum registration is not achieved. Every effort will be made to advise students by phone or mail of cancellations before commencement date.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
- We will strive at all times to exceed expectations, in the quality of our products and services and in our level of customer care.

- We always ensure that our clients' expectations are realistic, achievable and clearly understood by both parties, from the outset.
- While we ultimately defer to clients' wishes and objectives, as consultants we will offer best advice at all times, supporting and explaining our stance as necessary to satisfy Client inquiries.
- We are always available to clients around the clock on any day of the week, for any reason whatsoever.
- We make every attempt to respond to voice mails, texts and e-mails as soon as we receive them.
- Where appropriate (particularly in Safety Program development & implementation projects) we operate a system of 'sign offs' at regular stages. This ensures that there is no need for unexpected changes later in the process, keeping costs to a minimum.
- We aim to ensure that our clients fully understand what we may need from them in the way of support, information, material, or resources.
- What our clients perceive matters! We will seek and will act on client feedback during and after a project.
Your privacy is critically important to us. At Safety Evolution we have a few fundamental principles:
- We don't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can't stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
- We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
- We don't store personal information unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

Like most website operators, Safety Evolution collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Safety Evolution's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Safety Evolution's visitors use its website. From time to time, Safety Evolution may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Safety Evolution also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on WordPress.com blogs. Safety Evolution only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Safety Evolution's websites choose to interact with Safety Evolution in ways that require Safety Evolution to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Safety Evolution gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Those who engage in transactions with Safety Evolution – by purchasing training or services for example are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Safety Evolution collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with Safety Evolution. Safety Evolution does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

If Safety Evolution, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Safety Evolution goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Safety Evolution may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
